Very popular! This is the standard plan for the Meguro River Cherry Blossom Viewing Cruise, which has more than 4,000 passengers on board every year. This is a 70-minute cherry blossom viewing cruise that departs from Tennozu Pier (pier) and turns around in front of Hotel Gajoen Tokyo (Meguro Gajoen). You can enjoy cherry blossom viewing that is a little different from the cherry blossom viewing from land. This year, we have also prepared a flight that allows you to board with your dog!

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

The day before/the day/without permission: 100%
If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you by the day of the event. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the fee to the credit card you used when registering.

Changing your reservation
If the number of people increases,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make a new reservation. Please rest assured that seats will be allocated in the order in which people arrive on the day.
If the number of people decreases,
A cancellation fee will be charged for the reduced number of people. If you wish to change the number of people, please contact us by email at the address listed below.
In case of schedule change,
・To change your dates, please make a reservation for the new dates and then email us your old and new reservation IDs. Once we have confirmed your new reservation, we will cancel the old dates free of charge.
*Although your reservation will be duplicated, we will cancel the old date free of charge.

Important Notice
*On the day, please report to reception under the name on your reservation. You can board in the order in which you report.
*If rain is expected, please bring rain gear (raincoats and ponchos recommended) . Please note that umbrellas cannot be used while on board. If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, we will contact you by email the day before. If we do not receive any contact, the tour will generally proceed.
* You are free to bring in food and drinks, but please be considerate and limit it to sitting on your lap so as not to disturb other customers.
*It may still be cold during the cherry blossom viewing season, so please bring a jacket.
*Please use the restroom before boarding. There are several restrooms around Tennozu Pier.
*Please arrive at Tennozu Pier 15 minutes before your boarding time.
*If you are late, you will not be able to board the ship. In that case, we will not be able to refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.
About dog boarding
*Dogs must be at least 4 months old, vaccinated against rabies and 5 or more types of vaccinations, and well-trained (no barking or using the toilet).
*When boarding the boat, please keep your dog on a leash, board next to the owner, and keep an eye on your dog. If you cause damage to other passengers, equipment, or other items on board, or if you stain the inside of the ship, you may be required to pay compensation.
*Please have your dog wear (1) a dog license tag, (2) a rabies vaccination tag, and wear clothes and diapers as much as possible.
Directions from Monorail “Tennozu Isle Station” to the pier
モノレール天王洲アイル駅の中央口改札を出て、そのまま直進し突き当りを左に行きます。 ※ 改札を出て右には行かないでください。 Exit the central exit ticket gate of Tennozu Isle monorail station, walk straight, and turn left at the end. *Please do not go to the right after exiting the ticket gate.
長い通路に出ますので、まっすぐ進みます。 You will come to a long passage, so go straight.
突きあたりに下りエスカレーターがありますので降りてください。 There is a down escalator at the end, so please get off.
エスカレーターを降りると出口がありますので出てください。 When you get off the escalator, there is an exit, so please exit.

突き当りまで進むと階段が見えてきますので、この階段を降りてください。 When you reach the end, you will see some stairs, so go down these stairs.
階段を降りると石畳の道路が見えてきます。 When you go down the stairs, you will see a cobblestone road.
石畳の道路を進むとカーブが見えてきます。 As you walk along the cobblestone road, you will see a curve.
そのままカーブに沿って歩くと船着場が右手に見えてきます。到着です。 f you continue walking along the curve, you will see the pier on your right. We have arrived.
